Do you have a distributor that you you use?
We do not have one distributor, but several. We find distributors, both in and outside of the U.S. purchase samples, and try the hair out ourselves before we offer it to you.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal to process payments. You can use a credit or debit card, or a check. You do not have to be a PayPal member to make a purchase. *Checks take 3-4 days to clear. Once your check has cleared, your order will be processed.
Why are some products free shipping and other not?
We do not control the shipping charges. If the distributor charges for shipping we have to charge.
Why does shipping take so long on some products?
There is often a processing time and shipping time calculated when determining when you will receive your products. A product coming from China or Brazil, will obviously take more time to get to you. We try to narrow down the total shipping time to give you a correct delivery date; however, we cannot determine exactly, unless Express shipping is available and you choose to pay more for that option.
What is your return policy?
Most distributors will offer a return or exchange if the hair is defective or not what you ordered (wrong product). Hair must be in original packaging and not altered or used. If the mistake was on your end, a restocking fee may apply and you will have to cover the shipping cost. It is important that you inspect your product upon receipt and notify us immediately if there is a problem.
I purchased unprocessed hair. The color said natural hair color but it's not the color I wanted.
Unprocessed hair is the color of the donor. Darker colors can range from dark brown to jet black. Hair can be dyed, but If you want a specific color, make sure you order the color you prefer.
I ordered 22 inches, but it's more like 20 inches.
Textured hair or hair with any type of wave pattern (any hair that is not straight), is measured by stretching the hair out. If you desire a longer length, please keep that in mind when ordering.

I placed my order but the hair is not available, when will I get my money back?
